Stewardship has joined forces with Anthony Collins Solicitors to produce a recruitment pack designed specifically for churches recruiting members of staff.

The pack includes an explanation of occupational requirements, a model Recruitment Policy, a model Equal Opportunities Policy and template recruitment documentation (including job descriptions and person specifications, advert, application form and letters) together with explanatory notes.

The pack includes model employment documentation and a model service licence (not suitable for use in Scotland), together with explanatory notes.

This pack should be used when accommodation, such as a manse, is being provided as part of the employment. If not, then our "standard" pack should be used.
